Interested in going small–really small–in terms of personal computing? A handheld PC might be just the way to go.

While handheld PCs aren’t new, the prospects for such tiny PCs have never been better than they are nowadays, given the increase in power and efficiency of mobile processors and the decrease in price of many key components. So it should come as no surprise that there are already some such PCs available on the market today.

Here Are a Few Handheld PCs You cna Buy in the Philippines
GPD Micro PC

The GPD Micro PC, like all of these minuscule PCs, will trigger double takes and spark many conversations if used out in the wild. This one has a 6” HD 1280 x 720 wide color gamut screen and a wealth of ports to put many a modern laptop to shame (3x USB 3.0, 1x USB-C, 1x microSDXC slot, 1x HDMI, and even RS-232 and an RJ-45 ports). Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and a special anti-shock ABS synthetic resin increase its survivability. An Intel Celeron N4120 processor, 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage impress, and two 3100mAh batteries help ensure that it has staying power. But that’s not all, this small but mighty device also comes with a full backlit QWERTY keyboard, scroll wheel, physical mouse keys, and touchpad, as well as standard Windows 10 Pro.

GPD WIN 3

GPD is also forging ahead in the realm of portable gaming. It also happens to make the WIN 3, which it touts as “the world’s first Windows 10 slider candy bar handheld Steam game console”. This gadget boasts a 5.5-inch 268 PPI H-IPS display with 5th-gen Corning Gorilla Glass, runs Intel Tiger Lake-U processors and LPDDR4x 4266 memory, and has Iris Xe Graphics, all contained within its screen-slider chassis with hidden backlit-touch keyboard that’s got haptic feedback. PC-grade turbofan and dual heat pipes dissipate gaming heat efficiently, and dual rumble motors, analog trigger button, and dual 3D joysticks amp up your games. You also get a docking station that confers access to a charger and a bevy of ports including USB-A, USB-C, and even HDMI and RJ45.

GPD WIN Max 2021

GPD’s last entrant on this list is the WIN Max 2021, which is the company’s attempt to craft a really small gaming laptop. GPD packed this handheld gaming PC full of features, including AMD Ryzen 7 or Intel Core i7 processors; 16GB of RAM and 1TB of onboard storage; an 8-inch touchscreen with 10-point touch support; and a hybrid QWERTY keyboard as well as a trackpad. Its gaming features will impress: a built-in Xbox 360 gamepad with four face buttons, two analog sticks, and six shoulder buttons. As befits a GPD product, the WIN Max 2021 also comes with a full array of ports, including two USB-A and two USB-C ports, a microSD card slot, and an Ethernet port.

ONEXPLAYER (Intel i7-1195G7)

The ONEXPLAYER handheld console is another take on smooth, powerful portable gaming. This unit boasts a large, bright 8.4-inch IPS display that’s got a resolution of 1560 x 1600, and also has a good viewing angle of 178 degrees. Players won’t lack for power thanks to its Intel Tiger Lake  i7-1195G7 processor and Iris X3 graphics; nor will they lack for storage thanks to the standard 1TB SSD. Smart cooling thanks to dual fans and dual copper pipes helps the ONEXPLAYER run silent and cool, and top-class gaming features like its two  ALPS rockers and linear analog triggers make this a console to reckon with. Last but not the least, a whopping 15,300mAh battery wards off battery anxiety.

AyaNeo 2021 Pro

AyaNeo’s own console is a powerful yet pleasingly retro-styled unit that can go toe-to-toe with any other modern console. Its specs–7-inch IPS display with 215 ppi, AMD Ryzen 7 4800U processor, 16GB LPDDR4 RAM, 1TB onboard storage–ensure that you won’t run out of power quickly, if at all. It runs on Windows 10 Home and has a 4100mAh lithium-ion battery. Pure copper cooling fins, a high-performance silent fan, and a double copper tube heat conduction design help ensure that gamers won’t run this unit into the ground. The 2021 Pro can be had in your choice of Retro Power, Dark Star, and Light Moon colorways.
